1. Agreement

These terms apply when you access the ITOKAZE pre-opening website or join its waiting list. By using the site, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit the form.

“ITOKAZE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website. “You” refers to the person using it.

2. The waiting list

The waiting list records interest in ITOKAZE’s opening. It is not a reservation, order, membership or guarantee of an invitation by a particular date.

We may open access in stages, limit invitations, change timing or close the list. A referral code may help us understand introductions, but it does not create a right to priority or availability unless we expressly say so.

3. Eligibility and your details

You must be at least 18 years old to join the opening list. Submit information that is accurate, current and belongs to you. Do not impersonate another person or submit someone else’s email address without authority.

You are responsible for protecting any private invitation or withdrawal link sent to you.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with, overload or attempt to bypass the website’s security controls;
• use automated tools to create entries, scrape the site or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
• introduce malware or harmful code;
• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with ITOKAZE.

We may restrict access or remove entries reasonably connected with misuse, fraud or security risk.

5. Brand and content ownership

The ITOKAZE name, wordmark, visual system, copy, graphics, layouts and other original website content are owned by or licensed to ITOKAZE and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may view and share a link to the public site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, license or use the brand or site content to imply endorsement without written permission.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but a pre-opening service can change. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that every announcement, date or feature will remain unchanged.

We may maintain, suspend, replace or withdraw all or part of the website when reasonably necessary.

7. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, ITOKAZE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, this free pre-opening website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or limits any mandatory consumer right.

You remain responsible for your own device, connectivity and decisions based on information that is clearly marked as provisional or subject to change.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains what the waiting list collects, why we use it, how long it is kept and how to withdraw or exercise privacy rights. The notice forms part of the information provided before you submit personal details.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any forum or protection that applicable consumer law requires, disputes relating to this website will be subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the pre-opening service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and version. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply from that point.
